Privacy policy
Short version: I collect what you type into the inquiry form, use it to reply to you, and nothing else.
What is collected
When you submit the inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number and company (if provided), and your project description. For abuse prevention the server also stores a salted hash of your IP address (the raw IP is never stored) and your browser's user-agent string.
Why it's collected
Solely to respond to your inquiry and manage our conversation about your project. There is no newsletter, no marketing list, and your data is never sold or shared for advertising.
Where it lives
Inquiries are stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase) and processed on servers operated by Railway, behind Cloudflare. Confirmation and notification emails are delivered via Resend. Each provider processes data only as needed to provide their service.
How long it's kept
Inquiry records are kept while our conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards for bookkeeping of past projects, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Email the address in the footer and it will be handled within 30 days.
Cookies
The public site sets no tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only in the site's private administration area. Anti-bot protection on the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set its own functional cookie.
